Our Barot Entitlement software is free and equipped with all the features you need to add, edit or update prior Authorization from your payers or orders from other physicians

There are various ways to transfer data from your business applications to our billing system.

We provide you online access to Barot Entitlement for you to upload your Prior Authorization from payers into the system, and our system will capture digital data itself into the System for you.

 

In addition, we will download your trips from your system to use it in-house for creating medical claims for you and submit the same electronically. It is essential that you enter your one time trip or recurring trips with mode (wheelchair, gurney, sedan, ambulance), Frequency for Recurring trips, and update the trips correctly for us to generate medical claims accurately.

We expect you to add your Rate for CPT codes accurately for each Payer and update the same.
